During my recent stay at the Redan, I was welcomed into a cozy atmosphere, where attention to detail was evident from the start. Our room was spacious and tranquil, setting the stage for a relaxing getaway. The culinary experience at the on-site restaurant was a highlight. Breakfast featured remarkable poached eggs-perhaps the best I've tasted-and homemade sourdough toast. The choice of menu for both breakfast and dinner showcased local produce, something that resonates with my eco-conscious ethos. One evening, we enjoyed the bar, complete with a roaring wood-burner and games that entertained my daughters. The atmospheric setting complemented their impressive gin collection, which I couldn't resist exploring. The staff were attentive and quick to address our minor issue with Wi-Fi, ensuring a seamless experience throughout our stay.
